Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following:

Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your appointment type, date, time, location, and payment instructions. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so you receive all communication regarding your session.

Payment Policy

Payment is required to secure your appointment. Payment must be made via bank transfer using the details provided in your confirmation email. If payment is not received within 24 hours of your confirmation email, your booking may be cancelled and the appointment slot released.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 36 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 36 hours of your session may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions may be shortened to accommodate scheduling, and full fees will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.

Health & Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to treatment. By booking, you confirm that you are fit to receive treatment and understand that all therapy is provided with reasonable care and professional skill. Lewis Sharp Wellness Coach reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide safe and effective treatment, Lewis Sharp Wellness Coach is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health issues that arise following treatment, except where required by law. Clients are encouraged to seek medical advice prior to treatment if they have any concerns.

Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information is kept strictly confidential and stored securely in line with UK data protection laws. Your information will only be used for booking management, treatment purposes, and communication directly related to your sessions. Information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Amendments to Terms

Lewis Sharp Wellness Coach reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any updates will be communicated, and continued booking constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
